Costa Coffee Drive-Through is one of those places you notice right away when you are moving through Cannock, because it feels perfectly placed for real-life coffee moments. Located at Cannock Gateway Retail Park, Eastern Way, Norton Canes, Cannock WS11 8XR, United Kingdom, this Costa Coffee Drive-Through brings together the relaxed vibe of a familiar coffee shop with the speed and ease people actually want during busy days. From the outside, it feels approachable and casual, the kind of spot you pull into without overthinking it. The drive-through setup works especially well when you just want good coffee without leaving the car, while the option to step inside or grab a seat outside makes it flexible for slower mornings too. Inside, the atmosphere keeps things simple and comfortable, which suits quick catch-ups, solo coffee breaks, or an easy stop between errands. The menu leans into what Costa does best, with freshly made coffee taking center stage and quick bites available when you need something light. It feels practical without being rushed, which is a balance not every drive-through manages to get right. Service options like takeaway, dine-in, and on-site service mean you can choose how you want to enjoy your visit, whether it is a short pause in the day or a more relaxed coffee moment. As someone introducing this spot, I see it as a reliable go-to for locals and travelers alike, where convenience and comfort naturally meet over a cup of coffee, making Costa Coffee Drive-Through feel like part of the daily rhythm rather than just another stop along the road. The location at a busy retail park adds to its appeal, especially for people already on the move and looking for a smooth coffee pickup. Whether it is an early morning caffeine fix or a midday recharge, the experience stays consistent, friendly, and easy to return to, which explains why it fits so naturally into everyday routines around Cannock.

Edited: 26th Oct 2024: Went back to try indoors and have to say I was very pleased this time so I have awarded two more stars. The barista did a great job on a Flat White and our Cappuccino was well expect with a perfect circle of foam in the centre with good milk texture. I was so pleased and felt that coffee had been carefully assembled rather than thrown in a cup for me. Staff were friendly, good atmosphere inside and the Toasted tea cake was yummy too. Please keep this quality up. _---- Old Review ----- Costa is getting more dissatisfying with each visit. I have noticed this at Costa Hednesford and Cannock so far and now avoid Costa where possible. I would get a better coffee from Gregs nowadays. Why? Because in short the baristas are either poorly trained, under paid / overworked, or lack any kind of pride in their work. The milk texture is so far away from what it should be in an average Latte and it is literally thrown in cup. I don't expect miracles from a takeaway but when going to a huge brand that charges a premium I do expect quality. Every visit lately I am being dissappointed in the quality and feeling a bit ripped off. I don't the the staff are at fault in this, I think it's how the business is being operated that's creating this lack of enthusiasm for delivery a goid coffee experience.
We stopped off for a coffee to break our journey home. Staff were pleasant, coffee good, the sun was shining, what more can one ask for.
A handy little drive through costa. We sat in today rather then taking on the long queue for the drive in. There was also quite a queue inside. When we got served the batista was kind and friendly. There are lots of tables but unfortunately there were very few clear as most tables had left over cups and plates which hadn't been cleared up which gave a unkempt feeling to the place. As normal ok coffee but won't be rushing to go back to this branch.
Tell us what you ordered and what it cost. Two or three sentences about one dish is more useful to the next person than a star rating.
